User Agreement

This User Agreement governs the use of Mimolet: the website, Telegram bot, Android app, profiles, likes, matches, chats, calls, reports, paid subscriptions and other features. By using Mimolet, the user accepts this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, Public Offer, Refund Policy and Recurring Payment Terms where applicable.

1. Acceptance

This Agreement is accepted when the user registers, logs in, sends data, pays for a service or continues using Mimolet after the current version is published. If the user does not agree, they must stop using the service and delete the account.

2. Age 16+ and Data Accuracy

Mimolet is available only to users aged 16 or older. By registering, the user confirms that they are at least 16 years old. We do not collect passport data and do not perform mandatory passport checks for every user; the user is responsible for the accuracy of age, name, photos, profile information and intentions.

3. Account Security

The user is responsible for protecting their Telegram account, email, device, passwords and payment tools. Account transfer, impersonation, selling access or using someone else's account are prohibited.

4. Content and License

The user is responsible for photos, videos, descriptions, messages, voice records, reports and other materials. By uploading content, the user grants Mimolet a free non-exclusive right to store, copy, technically process, adapt, display, moderate, delete and use the content as needed to operate, promote and protect Mimolet and comply with law.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Pornography, explicit 18+ content, sexual content involving minors, prostitution, escort services, threats, harassment, hate, fraud, extortion, spam, illegal goods, extremist content, third-party rights violations and publication of another person's personal data are prohibited.

Scraping, mass collection, IDOR exploitation, authorization bypass, unauthorized API use, automation, hacking, DDoS, ban evasion, fake accounts, resale of access or use of Mimolet for unlawful activity are also prohibited.

6. Communication and Safety

Users decide whom to talk to, meet and what data to share. Mimolet does not verify every user's biography, criminal history, marital status, health, income or intentions. Offline meetings are arranged at the user's own risk.

7. Moderation and Reports

Mimolet may review reports, check related data, hide or delete content, restrict features, block accounts, cancel access to paid features for violations and provide information to competent authorities when required by law or needed to protect users.

8. Paid Services

Mimolet may provide paid Plus, Premium, Ultra subscriptions, boosts and other features. Price, term, feature scope and auto-renewal are shown before payment. Paid features do not guarantee dating results, replies, matches, meetings or immunity from moderation.

9. Recurring Payments

When purchasing a subscription, the user may consent to auto-renewal. While auto-renewal is not disabled, Mimolet may initiate future charges. Plus for 1, 3 and 7 days renews as Plus for 30 days unless disabled before the next charge. Premium and Ultra renew under the terms shown before payment. Auto-renewal can be disabled in profile, menu and settings at any time.

10. Refunds and Account Deletion

Refunds are governed by the Public Offer, Refund Policy, law and payment system rules. Activated or actually provided digital services are usually not fully refunded merely because the user changed their mind. Account deletion may permanently remove profile data, media, messages, likes, matches and active features, while some records may be retained for payment, accounting, backups, safety, disputes and legal reasons.

11. Limitation of Liability

Mimolet is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, Mimolet is not responsible for user actions, false data, fraud, messages, offline meetings, money transfers, external websites, Telegram, banks, payment systems, app stores, hosting, internet providers or other parties outside Mimolet's control.

12. Changes, Law and Contact

Mimolet may change features, limits, prices, payment methods and legal documents. Russian law applies unless mandatory law requires otherwise. For disputes and notices contact mimoletdating@gmail.com.

Mandatory user rights under applicable law are not waived. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
