This document describes Mimolet paid services, charges, auto-renewal cancellation, payment error handling and refunds. It applies together with the User Agreement, Public Offer, Privacy Policy and Recurring Payment Terms.

1. Paid Services

  • Plus: extended access and additional service features, available for 1, 3, 7 or 30 days.
  • Premium: extended feature set on top of Plus; term, price and features are shown before payment.
  • Ultra: maximum access, priority and extended features; term, price and features are shown before payment.
  • Boosts and additional features may be available in the interface.

2. Delivery

A digital service starts when access is activated or the feature is provided. A subscription is provided continuously during the paid period. Lack of likes, matches, replies, meetings or actual usage does not by itself mean that the service was not provided.

3. Recurring Charges

If the user consents to auto-renewal, Mimolet may initiate repeat charges until auto-renewal is disabled. Plus for 1, 3 and 7 days renews as Plus for 30 days unless disabled before the next charge. Auto-renewal can be disabled in profile, menu and settings.

4. Refunds May Be Available

Refunds may be available for duplicate charge, undelivered service due to Mimolet technical error, charge after proper auto-renewal cancellation, charge without confirmed consent or another legal basis.

5. Refunds Are Usually Not Provided

Refunds may be denied if the subscription was activated and provided, the user changed their mind, did not get desired dating results, did not use the service, violated service rules, deleted the account, failed to disable auto-renewal before the next charge or paid with a payment tool available to them and the service was provided.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email mimoletdating@gmail.com with the subject "Mimolet refund", payment date and amount, plan, account email, Telegram ID or profile ID if known, proof of payment and a short explanation.

7. Review and Chargebacks

We may verify payment data, service logs, subscription status and auto-renewal cancellation history. If a bank or payment system dispute is opened, Mimolet may provide information needed to verify the charge. Paid access may be restricted during the dispute.
