This Public Offer is a proposal by Dating LLC to conclude a paid services agreement for Mimolet Plus, Premium, Ultra, boosts and other paid features.
1. Provider and Acceptance
Provider: Dating LLC, Tax ID 5700016164, 302040, Orel, Pozharnaya st., 28, apt. 165, Russia. Contact: mimoletdating@gmail.com. The offer is accepted when the user selects a paid service, clicks a payment button, enters payment data, successfully pays, starts using a paid feature or consents to recurring payment.
2. Services
The Provider grants access to additional digital Mimolet features: Plus, Premium, Ultra, boosts, extended limits, priority, filters, views, communication features and other features shown in the service at the time of purchase.
3. Plans and Terms
- Plus may be sold for 1, 3, 7 or 30 days. Plus for 1, 3 or 7 days renews as Plus for 30 days unless auto-renewal is disabled.
- Premium provides extended features on top of Plus; term and price are shown before payment.
- Ultra provides maximum features and priority; term and price are shown before payment.
- Current price, discounts, promo codes, term and feature scope are shown before payment and may change for future purchases.
4. Payment and Recurring Charges
Payment is made online through payment systems, banks or other available methods. Mimolet does not store full bank card data. If the user consents to recurring payments, the subscription renews automatically until auto-renewal is disabled in profile, menu or settings.
5. Service Delivery
A paid digital service starts when access is activated in the user's account or a paid feature is provided. A subscription is provided continuously during the paid period regardless of actual usage intensity.
6. Refunds
Refunds may be available for technical error, duplicate charge, charge after proper cancellation of auto-renewal, undelivered service or another legal basis. Activated and actually provided digital services are generally not fully refunded merely because the user changed their mind.
7. Violations and Liability
Paid features may be restricted if the user violates the Agreement, law, safety rules or uses paid features abusively. Mimolet does not guarantee likes, replies, matches, meetings or relationships and is not responsible for other users, external services, Telegram, banks, payment systems, the internet or user devices.
8. Law and Changes
This Offer is governed by Russian law. The Provider may change the Offer, prices and paid service rules for future purchases and renewals.
Mandatory consumer rights are not limited. If any term is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain valid.
