A recurring payment is an automatic repeat charge for subscription renewal. While auto-renewal is not disabled, Mimolet may initiate future charges under the user's consent and selected plan.

1. Activation

Auto-renewal is activated only when the user purchases a subscription and consents to recurring payment on the payment page or in the payment interface. The consent may be recorded by the payment system, bank, Mimolet and technical logs.

2. Plans

  • Plus: 1, 3, 7 or 30 days. Plus for 1, 3 and 7 days renews as Plus for 30 days unless disabled.
  • Premium: term, price and renewal period are shown before payment.
  • Ultra: term, price and renewal period are shown before payment.

3. Charge Amount and Timing

Future charge amount is determined by the published plan price and terms shown before payment. A charge may occur on or shortly before the end of the paid period. If a payment fails, Mimolet or the payment partner may retry, restrict the subscription or disable paid access.

4. Cancellation

The user can disable auto-renewal in profile, menu, settings or by contacting mimoletdating@gmail.com if the interface is unavailable. Cancellation must be completed before the next charge.

5. After Cancellation

After cancellation, Mimolet stops initiating future charges under the disabled consent. The already paid period remains active until the end date unless the account is blocked for violations.

6. Charge After Cancellation

If a charge occurs after proper cancellation, the user should email proof of payment, cancellation date, charge date and account ID to mimoletdating@gmail.com. If confirmed, Mimolet will process a refund.
