Mimolet - Знакомства. Account deletion. This page explains how to delete a Mimolet account and what happens to account data.
1. Delete your account in the app
You can delete your account in the app: Profile -> Delete account.
2. If you cannot access the app
Email code@mimoletbot.ru from the email connected to your Mimolet account. Include your Mimolet profile ID or Telegram ID if known.
We may request additional verification before deleting the account.
This page does not provide an unsafe external button to delete any account. Email requests are deletion requests and are processed only after account ownership verification.
3. Data deleted
After verification, we delete your profile and associated account data from the active service, including:
- Profile information and public account details.
- Photos, videos, avatars, and other media linked to the account.
- Likes, dislikes, matches, visitors, filters, settings, and dating activity.
- Active sessions, remember tokens, and some technical access data.
4. Data that may be retained temporarily
Some backup, security, fraud prevention, payment, accounting, moderation, dispute, or legal records may be retained for a limited time when required for technical, safety, or legal reasons.
5. Subscriptions
We recommend disabling auto-renewal before deleting the account. Deletion may terminate paid access. Previously purchased services are not transferred to a new account unless required by law or agreed by support.
